Sam was great - very helpful and not at all pushy. He helped compare the car I was interested in with another model and explained the pros and cons of both options. This was completely the opposite of Big Motoring World where someone much younger (who knew very little about cars) was trying to upsell me policies and packages I didn't want from the moment I walked in. Overall, my purchase from Renault Croydon was a straight forward, stress free and fun experience. I was able to drive away my Arkana the same day.
